Technical Producer (hybrid)
At PLAYAR we're looking for a Technical Producer to join our team.
We are PLAYAR, a mixed reality agency rooted in pop and game culture and creating immersive experiences for brands and agencies on social (Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok), web (WebAR), interactive screens & headsets. Our office is located in Antwerp but we serve clients across the globe. Since our inception in 2020, we have developed over 350 experiences for the likes of Disney, Samsung, Gucci, Oreo, DIOR, Coca Cola and many more
We are currently looking for a full time TECHNICAL PRODUCER (hybrid)
In this role you are responsible for managing mixed reality projects from A-to-Z. You are the day to-day liaison between our designers, artists and developers making sure we deliver top notch creative experiences all within time and budget. Clients depend on you for clear communication on a project’s status, receiving updates and handling feedback. You are not afraid of juggling multiple projects at any given time and all of this without losing your casual cool.
But it’s not only about getting things done. You are driven to make outstanding creative and innovative work and your sharp eye for detail and technical savyness helps lift our projects to the next level. Your natural enthusiasm empowers the team to go the extra mile. You bring previous experience having worked on interactive / AR / mixed reality projects for brands in a high-pace environment. Task management, budgeting & scheduling therefore have no secrets for you. You are a self-starter, a good communicator and a great team player but are not afraid to lead the pack when deadlines close in and things get serious.
Spend your days owning the execution and delivery of all kinds of interactive / AR projects (AR games, virtual fashion try-ons, location based & retail experiences) on a variety of platforms (Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Web and Retail Screens)
Serve as the main point for team members & clients during production, locally and remote, on projects assigned to you
Team members (& clients) love you and you build relationships lasting way into the future
Be king or queen of the scope by creating scoping documentation, creative briefs, estimates, schedules and other relevant project documentation
Work in a small team of really nice and talented designers, 3D artists, developers and fellow producers and care about helping to take this team to the next level
At least 3 years of experience as a producer / project manager in a creative, interactive or experiential agency
Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members and clients across all kinds of communication platforms
Thorough technical understanding of game technologies, AR, XR, 3D, real-time rendering, motion design, coding
Experience managing international client project and remote (global) & local teams
Extensive problem-solving skills that help you prioritize tasks and overcome project roadblocks
Experience with project tooling like Discord, Notion, Task management apps, Microsoft Office, G-Suite
A love for new technology, games, entertainment, visual arts, pop culture and new forms of interactive media changing the consumer experience landscape
Passionate about working with a team that pushes the boundaries of consumer experiences on social platforms and the web
Great verbal and written knowledge of English / Dutch
Great verbal and written knowledge of French is a plus
Preferably:
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma
