At PLAYAR we're looking for a Client Manager to join our team.

We are PLAYAR, a mixed reality agency rooted in pop and game culture and creating immersive experiences for brands and agencies on social (Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok), web (WebAR), interactive screens & headsets. Our office is located in Antwerp but we serve clients across the globe. Since our inception in 2020, we have developed over 350 experiences for the likes of Disney, Samsung, Gucci, Oreo, DIOR, Coca Cola and many more

We are currently looking for a full time CLIENT MANAGER

About the job

You are the face of PLAYAR to the outside world and the point of contact for our (potential) national and international clients. As a business and sparring partner you build relationships that last and help our clients with their augmented and mixed reality needs. Whether it is a Snapchat Lens for a large global campaign, a location-based AR game in a big city or an AR mirror for a luxury brand. You understand the client’s business and advise them (together with our creative strategist) on building immersive experiences that boost engagement and brand retention.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are the main point of contact for new and existing clients and the linking pin, before and during projects, between the clients and our team

  • You take new requests and lead briefing & kickoff calls with clients.

  • You translate briefs into a concrete action plan and prepare cost estimates and timelines

  • You work in close collaboration with our creative strategist and design team to shape innovative concepts & immersive ideas and present these convincingly to our clients

  • When production starts you handover the project to a producer and our creative and technical teams, but you remain responsible for the master timeline

  • You also pitch PLAYAR in introductory calls to new clients and know how to convince them of the value of augmented & mixed reality

What we expect:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a client/account manager in a= creative/digital agency

  • Experience managing international clients

  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French - verbally as well as written.

  • Commercial mindset, but does not lose sight of the value for the client

  • Great communication skills and the ability to work with multiple team members and clients across all kinds of communication platforms

  • You know the sales process and workflow within digital/advertising like no other - XR/immersive comms experience is a big plus

  • A love for new technology, games, entertainment, visual arts, pop culture and new forms of interactive media changing the consumer experience landscape

  • Passionate about working with a team that pushes the boundaries of consumer experiences on social platforms, web, ooh and retail
